After reviewing the evidence, our team will provide one of the following resolutions (based on eligibility):

- Refund (only if approved as per the refund terms and conditions)
Refunds for quality concerns will be considered only after evaluation and are not guaranteed.
4. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request
To raise a return or exchange request, the customer must:
- Submit the request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear description of the issue.
- Share clear images and a 360-degree video of the product showing the issue and the full condition of the item.
- Await manual review and approval by our Quality Check Team.
Requests without proper evidence will not be processed.
5. Refund Terms
- Refunds are provided only for approved cases that fall under valid return conditions.
- Refund eligibility will be evaluated after product inspection and approval by the Quality Check Team.
- If a return is approved but an exchange or replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.

6. Approval Process

- If approved, the product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags intact.
7. Return Shipping
- Returned products must be shipped only through our authorized courier partner, if applicable.
- Pickup arrangements will depend on service availability in the customer’s location.
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Any reimbursement, if applicable, will be communicated beforehand.
